Relationships

The Towns Veterans Village Board are all family with extensive history and connections to military veterans. As family members who have built a lifetime of loving relations among themselves, they are unique positioned to carry out the mission set forth.

Our team has a wide array of professional experience across multiple business, military, industrial, academic and governmental environments to achieve the mission set forth.

To account for our activities, accept responsibility for them and to disclose the results in a transparent manner.

Our Needs

We Aim to Build a Better World

The Board of Towns Veterans Village, LLC (or 501c3) is seeking organizations and individuals that are willing to assist with the following:

 

  • Completing a Feasibility Study

  • Business Plan Development

  • Grant Writing

  • Funding – Grants, Donations and Financing

  • Construction Services

  • Legal and Accounting Services

  • Fundraising

  • Marketing

  • Architecture and Design Services ( a rendering of the following vision:)

 

  • Wrought-iron gated entry with Towns Veterans Village signage and 2 flags on gate.

  • Gate opens to tree lined driveway

  • Driveway opens to Center Street, a tree-lined street with sidewalks and a row of tiny  cottages on each side. A flag is hanging from each cottage.

  • At the far end of Center Street is Towns Veterans Village Service Center (a 2-story container building with large windows, a deep porch and a circular drive out front.  Sponsored benches and rocking chairs will sit on the front and back porches of the service center.

  • An enclosed walkway will connect the service center to Uncle Peter’s  (a market/convenience store - also a container building with windows and a long, deep porch).  The walkway between the two buildings is where the brick-walled veterans’ memorial will be.

  • Behind Uncle Peter’s will be Josephine’s Community Garden and Vegetable Stand.  We will fundraise by having sponsored benches and garden statues sitting along the  edge of the garden.
